Hotel Review: Relais du Louvre Hotel Paris, France

A small yet elegant hotel right at the heart of Paris. The Relais du Louvre Hotel features 5 large rooms that overlook the inner patio courtyard (nicely decorated and paved). The ground floor room enables its occupants to use the patio. These rooms can be with one double bed or twin-beds. Two of them have a third bed.

It also has 8 rooms that overlook the street with a nice view of Saint-Germain-l’Auxerrois Church opposite and of the Louvre on the left. These rooms can be with one double bed or twin-beds.

The Relais du Louvre Hotel in Paris is nestled within the walls of an 18th C. building, the charm of yesteryear has been recreated with that discreet luxuriousness known as refinement.

Restful colour schemes and charming period furniture, combined with all the modern refinements such as air-conditioning and modem sockets, provide the elegant setting for the suites and rooms. Close beside the church of St-Germain-l’Auxerrois, privileged peace and quiet is also to be found in this hotel created in 1991 and completely renovated in Spring 2000.

Nothing really fancy in here except that the staff offer personalized service and that rooms are impeccable clean and beautifully-designed. If you are a traveler and would want to explore Paris, you actually don't have to stay in a luxurious and expensive hotel. Relais du Louvre Hotel is one of the best choice for places to stay here.

Rates range between 135 Euro to 550 Euro depending on the rooms and amenities.

  1. Thanks for this review, I will choose this hotel if we go in Paris next month for family bonding. I will browse more pictures on this hotel so that I see the facility inside.
